Description | To access the latest, Version 2, of the data please visit at https://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/dataset/PRESWOT_HYDRO_GRRATS_L2_VIRTUAL_STATION_HEIGHTS_V2 Version two adds data from Topex/Poseidon, ERS-1, ERS2, Jason-1, and Jason-3, and includes a new statistically reprocessed time series for each VS. Version 2 supersedes this version.Version 1 description, These are simulated river gauge data that are derived from Jason-2 and Envisat altimetric measurements. The purpose of this dataset is to provide hydrological altimetric measurements and to get the hydrology community accustomed to using satellite hydrology data before SWOT launches. |
